Residential HVAC Equipment & Air Conditioning Systems in Spring, TX
Helping Homeowners Choose the Right HVAC System for Comfort, Efficiency & Long-Term Reliability
Â
Not All HVAC Systems Are Created Equal
Replacing your air conditioning and heating system is a major investment. Most homeowners only purchase a new HVAC system once every 10–20 years, yet many companies expect customers to make decisions quickly without fully understanding their options.
At Airsimplicity, we believe homeowners deserve honest information about:
- system efficiency
- equipment sizing
- comfort differences
- humidity control
- warranties
- energy savings
- long-term repair costs
Our goal is to help you choose the right system for your home and budget — not simply sell the most expensive equipment.
What Is a SEER Rating?
SEER2 ratings measure the energy efficiency of an HVAC system. In general, the higher the SEER2 rating, the more efficiently the system operates, which can help reduce monthly utility bills.
Higher-efficiency systems can also improve comfort and humidity control, which is especially important in Southeast Texas. However, higher SEER2 ratings do not always mean the best value for every homeowner. As efficiency increases, the upfront equipment cost also increases, and the energy savings may eventually reach a point of diminishing returns.
Choosing the right system often comes down to balancing efficiency, comfort, long-term reliability, and budget.

Understanding HVAC Warranties
Parts Warranty
Most HVAC manufacturers include a parts-only warranty with their equipment. Warranty coverage can vary depending on the manufacturer, equipment model, and whether the system is properly registered after installation.
Many systems include:
- 5-year parts and compressor warranty without registration
- 10-year parts and compressor warranty with registration
In most cases, equipment must be registered within 60 days of installation to receive the extended coverage. To help simplify the process, we register the equipment for our customers after installation so they do not have to worry about it.
Labor Warranty
Most manufacturers do not include labor coverage with their warranties. Labor costs associated with diagnosing and replacing failed parts are typically separate from manufacturer warranty coverage.
Our residential equipment installations include a 1-year labor warranty from the date of installation for added peace of mind. Extended labor warranty options are also available.
Extended Labor Warranties
All of our residential HVAC systems can be purchased with optional extended warranty protection for added peace of mind. Coverage options are available ranging from 1 year up to 12 years and may include parts, labor, and even refrigerant coverage depending on the plan selected.
Extended warranties can help protect you from unexpected repair costs and provide long-term confidence in your heating and cooling investment.
